Out to Swim South was established in 2006 and is based on the South Coast. We have a workout programme each session and lanes for different abilities. You should be able to swim for the hour (but not non-stop) and be able to swim a minimum of 2 strokes. If it's your first time swimming with us, on Saturdays, we have the whole pool and you may feel most comfortable as we have a dedicated lane for beginners with an easier workout than the main set. We all have to start somewhere and many of our members have learned to swim as adults, and appreciate how difficult as well as nervewracking it can be to start something new. Go on challenge yourself! weekly socials are on Wednesdays (food) and Saturdays (drinking).

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the workout will begin promptly. Click here for a map of Wadurs Pool. You can park in Homebase and walk through to the pool. There is free car parking at the Prince Regent and Roedean venue also, because of traffic allow more time to get to Roedean if it's your first time.
