Welcome to Out to Swim Bournemouth!
We're thrilled to have you here! At Out to Swim Bournemouth, our mission is to create an inclusive and friendly environment for all swimming enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just getting started, we're here to support you in your swimming journey. As Out to Swim says, "Aquatics for all".
We will be marching in the Bournefree Pride parade on 12th July 2025 at 11 am and then at Meyrick Park all day, so come say hi and find out more about the team.
We are holding some post-pride taster sessions, so if you are interested in joining one of the sessions, you can book using the sign-up button below. As part of the taster session, our coach, Lizzie, or one of the committee members, Jay, Jason, or Rob, may contact you to ask some basic safety information before the swims.

What We Offer
Sunday Swim Sessions
Join us at Stokewood Swimming Pool from 18:20 to 19:20, where you can enjoy a swim in a welcoming atmosphere. We plan to create more sessions as we grow.
Social Events
We host regular events and social gatherings to help build connections within our swimming community. Both among us in Bournemouth and our wider Out to Swim family (London, Brighton, Bristol and Newcastle).
Coaching and Support
Our experienced coach is here to offer guidance, tips, and support to swimmers of all levels.
