Out to Swim has various clubs across England and we have over 1000 members. To manage a bit club, we have a Leadership Team comprised of Trustees who are members of the club and steer the club through its operations.

The Club Council is comprised of the Chair/Lead of each local committee and a few members who operate across all clubs.
