A reminder that there are 11 training sessions a week, please double check the level of the session is suitable for you. Over the past month swimmers have turned up at sessions that have not been appropriate for their skill or speed.
It is important that you attend the correct sessions, so you get to have a much better experience, to progress and to achieve your goals!
Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before each session to register with the list taker. Spaces are first come first served and some sessions are busier than others. If you can't find the list taker please go to the coach on pool side and check with them if there is place. For safety reasons, we cannot exceed the capacity of the pool, so please do not just hop in.
This month we will continue to work on endurance and we will introduce a bit more kick into all our sessions.
